We only collect what we need to quote, schedule and deliver marine services. This may include:

- Boat & job details - make/model, engine brand & model, HP, year, hull/trailer details, service history, fault description, preferred dates, address for mobile service or pick-up/drop-off, and photos/files you provide.
- Communications - messages and notes relating to your job.
- Website data - standard logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps).
- Analytics/Tracking - cookie or pixel identifiers and usage data (see Cookies & analytics below).

Where practical, you can contact us anonymously or by pseudonym (e.g., a general enquiry), but we’ll usually need identifying details to provide quotes and services.

- Directly from you (website forms, phone, email, in person).
- From materials you provide (photos, manuals, prior service records).
- From necessary third parties to complete your job (e.g., parts suppliers or couriers) - see Disclosures.
